9 whole months!

At nine months you are very curious and have no fear.  You are crawling everywhere and would crawl off a cliff if someone didn't stop you.

You are still a great eater. You LOVE chicken and will pretty much eat anything we put in front of you.  Not a huge fan of tomatoes...just like your dad.

Size 2 diapers are still covering your bum.

You are now waving and giving high fives.

You are sleeping through the night!!!!  9-7or 8.  It is glorious!

I think you are trying to transition from 2 naps to 1.  A long afternoon nap seems to work for you better than a short morning and afternoon slumber.

You have entered the "stranger danger" phase and mostly like to be held by mom, dad or grandparents, but you are quick to warm up to people.

All your baby blues can be fixed by taking you outside.  It is your fave place ever.

8 MONTHS

Well, you are obviously crawling now and getting into EVERYTHING!  You are more and more fun every. stinkin. day.  Of course we have our rough days...but the good far outweigh the... ehhh not so good.  As long as you get a good nap and a full belly, you are golden.

You are a great eater! We've been giving you a lot more regular food.  Some of your faves are peas, carrots, noodles, whole grain waffles, puffs, avacados, peaches and pears.  Baby food is becoming few and far between.

You love playing with all your toys.  Especially after we put them all away.  They are much mo' fun to play with if they are nicely stacked and tucked away.  You are standing up on everything.  You think you are pretty big stuff.

You experienced your first bout of sickness, but it was very short-lived.  ( I actually think it might of had something to do with the eggs in the pancakes that you had)  But I never knew sooo much puke could come from a little baby.  This is you napping with dad after an unexpected mid-morning bath.  Poor babino :(

You favorite pasttime is playing with cords and outlets.  Safety first!  You probably have nightmares of us repeatedly saying "No, no Evan....No sir!" 

You are still in 6-9 month clothes and size 2 diapers...you have a little bobo just like your dad....

We are still working on sleeping through the night.  We have made the most progress with the "cry-it-out" method.  It has been hard, but we are definitely seeing good results.  You are now only waking once to nurse...usualy around 4 or 5 and then going back to sleep until 7 or 8.

You are sooooo much fun to be around and I wouldn't trade these times for anything!

Typing all of this makes me realize how much he has changed in one month!  9 month update coming soon...hoping to get caught up before I have a one year old!!!
